Please read these terms carefully. By registering a merchant node on Knewrix, you agree to comply with our regional operational standards.
1. Merchant Eligibility
To use Knewrix TN (BillPulse India), you must be a legally registered business entity within the Republic of India. While we specialize in the Tamil Nadu market, these terms apply to all merchants on the platform.
- You must provide accurate GSTIN and PAN details where applicable.
- Account credentials must be kept secure. You are responsible for all activity under your Merchant ID.
2. GST & Invoicing Compliance
Knewrix provides digital tools for ledger management. The accuracy of tax calculations, SAC/HSN codes, and invoice generation is the ultimate responsibility of the merchant.
DISCLAIMER: Knewrix is a SaaS provider and not a tax consultancy. Merchants should verify AI-suggested HSN codes with their professional auditors.
3. Data Privacy & Multi-Tenancy
Your business data (Invoices, Sarakku/Inventory, Client details) is strictly isolated within our multi-tenant architecture.
- No other merchant on the network can access your private ledger.
- Data is backed up securely in cloud clusters located within India.
4. Subscriptions & Billing
Access to the professional ledger is based on your chosen subscription model.
- Expired plans will result in restricted access to the dashboard until renewal.
- Subscription fees are non-refundable once the plan is activated.
